Odisha state government is planning to recruit AMA bank employees in the rural gram Panchayats, the recruitment and the job vacancy for Ama Bank is under AMA Bank Odisha scheme 2023. On 28 November 2023 government put one step forward towards this AMA bank initiative. The government will set up 754 AMA CSP Plus banking outlets for customer service. All the panchayats in the state that have no Bank services will be provided with the customer service point outlet.
