Although the government was already giving the benefit of this scheme to minority students during the budget of 2023-24, it has been reintroduced after making some changes in this scheme. This scheme has been offered during the budget on July 2023. The Minority loan scheme is also known as Arivu Education Loan Scheme. All maintenance work of this scheme is being done by Minority Development Corporation Karnataka.

Minority Loan Scheme Karnataka 2023 Apply Online

 The state govt. has launched the Education Loan Scheme for students of minority communities. This scheme has been changed and introduced again during the budget session of 2023-24. This scheme has been announced again on 7^th July 2023. The Chief Minister passed a budget of RS 360 crore for this scheme.

Under this scheme, RS 5 lakh will be provided as a loan for education to the students of minority communities at an interest rate of 2% per annum. The benefit of this scheme will be the students participating in more than 28 professional courses. In this scheme, loans will be given for MBBS, NEET, IIT, B.Ed, Engineering, etc. The amount will be directly transferred to the selected students in their college bank through DBT mode.
