• The child who is an orphan and living with other family members can apply for the scheme.
• The children left by mother divorced family we do.
• Children whose parents are suffering from life-threatening diseases can also apply for the scheme.
• The families who are poor and not financially and physically able to take care of their children.
• As per the Centre Government announcement, the Juvenile act 2015 implement the scheme and the children who are in need of protection and care and are affected by child labor disabled children’s child beggars children living on the street can get this assistance.

Applicant should meet Child Development Project Officer at the WD&CW Department. submit the application form with all the documents at your Anganwadi centers.

• If you fulfill all the eligibility criteria for Mission Vatsalya Scheme then you are eligible to apply online on the Mission Vatsalya Scheme’s official website.
• Firstly open the official website of Mission Vatsalya Scheme.
• You can download the Mission Vatsalya Scheme Application form or you can collect it from the Anganwadi workers in your concerned area.
