The Scheme started on 8th November 2023 and will be completed in three phases till 31st December. The electricity minister of Uttar Pradesh made this announcement that they will complete this scheme in 54 days. This scheme provides a 100% rebate in the first phase of the scheme and in the second and third phases you will get an 80% to 70% rebate. Uttar Pradesh OTS Scheme Eligibility Criteria
- The scheme is for the permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh.
- UPPCL’s scheme covers industrial commercial agriculture domestic department.
- Eligible consumers under the scheme are LMV 1 domestic, LMV 2 commercial, LMV-4B private institute, LMV 5 private tubewell, and LMV-6 consumer.
- They will provide the facility of bill payment in instalments.

- In 3rd phase from 16 to 30 December 2023 you will get 60 to 50% rebate.

- For the registration process enter Discome Name, account number and bill number and click on the continue button.
